International Customers: Please note: you will be responsible for paying duties when your package is delivered, Duty Rates and other Import Taxes are set by your country's Duties and Customs Department, this is not a charge set or collected by Dean & Tyler. For international orders, our standard carrier is US Postal Service which then transfers your shipment to your local postal service for final delivery. Please note when selected - FedEx & UPS will charge additional brokerage fees for international shipments, which USPS / local post networks do not. Buyer will also be responsible for any brokerage fees incurred from use of these services. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to calculate or otherwise know how much these amounts will be as they are assessed by the carrier in transit, prior to delivery. We understand we have customers who may still prefer these services over the USPS standard, and for this reason they are offered for selection at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges ( see full Return Policy): Customer is liable for return shipments to our warehouse. We recommend customers purchase Tracking and Insurance with their preferred mail carrier when returning or exchanging items. If we do not receive a returned item, and you do not have a tracking number whereby we can trace the missing parcel, we will not be able to move forward with handling your return and/or exchange. |
