Shipping FAQs:

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Please note: once an order leaves our warehouse, the customer is fully responsible for shipping and / or duty charges incurred, even if the order is cancelled In Transit or Refused Delivery.

Production Lead Times
In Stock items usually ship within one-two business days,
Made to Order items ship within 10-14 business days* - more often 4-6 weeks on average since March of 2020. We continue to hope for a return to previous lead times.

Domestic Customers:
Choose between FedEx or USPS

Estimated In Transit time once the order is shipped:
  • USPS Priority: delivers in 2 to 3 days (Monday-Saturday), No Sunday Delivery.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: delivers Next business day (Monday-Friday), No Saturday or Sunday Delivery.
  • FedEx 2-Day: delivers in 2 business days (Monday-Friday), No Saturday or Sunday Delivery.
  • FedEx 3-Day: delivers in 3 business days (Monday-Friday), No Saturday or Sunday Delivery.

International Customers:
Please note: you will be responsible for paying duties when your package is delivered, Duty Rates and other Import Taxes are set by your country's Duties and Customs Department, this is not a charge set or collected by Dean & Tyler.

For international orders, we ship via US Postal Service which then transfers to your local postal service, for final delivery.* We do not offer FedEx International unless specifically requested because they charge an extra import clearance fee that USPS / local post networks do not.
*At this time, USPS has suspended services to Australia. Until regular service resumes, we will only be able to ship outstanding orders via FedEx. Buyer will be responsible for any brokerage fees incurred from this service.

Special Note Regarding Present Circumstances: International customers, order at your own risk. We will continue to provide the best quality and best level of service that we possibly can; however, it is both possible and entirely likely that your order may incur unforeseen delays or become unexpectedly stalled in transit from us to you. While your shipment will always be insured against damage or loss, once the parcel has been dispatched it may still incur a significant delay. We have absolutely no control over the factors causing these circumstances, though we will do what we can with the tools at our disposal to create an inquiry in the event a claim will need to be filed. By placing an order, buyer acknowledges their consent and agreement to all posted terms and disclaimers, per our seller policy. Claims of ignorance after the fact will not change that these are the circumstances we will need to navigate together.


Returns and Exchanges

CUSTOMER SHIPPING LIABILITY - The customer is liable for returning the product back to our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for the product when In Transit back to our warehouse. Dean & Tyler will not credit the customer if the return shipment fails to arrive at our warehouse.

We recommend customers pay for Tracking and Insurance with their preferred mail carrier when returning or exchanging items.
If we do not receive a returned item, and you do not have a tracking number to show proof of delivery, we will not process your return and/or exchange.
