Love this harness so much - I got two! June 21, 2018 Reviewer: Shawn Lowe from Sacramento, CA United States   This is the BEST harness for my guide dog.  Lightweight and easy to travel with - handle is removeable for long plane rides.  Customer service is OUTSTANDING! review May 24, 2018 Reviewer: Philip Lok from Maassluis, Zuid Holland Netherlands   I purchased this harness since i could not find one in my country.  I was disapointed by the long time it took to get here ( app. 3 weeks), and by the extra local shipping and customs charge. In my opinion $ 35,- + € 26,- is far too much for the shipping service. I get shipments from China for a few dollars or even free. Having said that, the quality of the harness exceeds my expectations in a positive way. Well manufactured, and a perfect fit for my dog. With less shipping costs i would have given a five star rating. Was this review helpful to you?

very goo9d product May 10, 2018 Reviewer: Hope Leberthon from Duarte, CA United States   I was very impressed with the customer support person who assisted me in this purchase.  She was very well versed, and kind. Unfortunately, after consulting with my Physical Therapist and my dogs Veteranerian,  I had to return the harness.  I have not yet received a refund, and it has been quite some time.  Hopefully the return will be refunded soon without any problems. Satisfied May 24, 2017 Reviewer: John Cotton from Raleigh, NC United States   I followed the instructions on how to measure my dog correctly on the video at your website. I then spoke with a sales rep on the phone who was very helpful to assure me of the correct product for my needs and confirmed the proper size. Unfortunetly, the handle is a bit to long for my ergonomic needs and I don't see options for a shorter handle. My guide dog seems comfortable with this harness.
