A solid leash June 14, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ashburn, VA United States   This leash is used to handle my Newfoundland puppy in crowds.  The leash is built to withstand just about any type of behaviour and because of the length, you are in full control.  The handle is very comfortable and thick.  No shortcuts were made in constructing this leash.  The shortness of the leash does pose a problem if the dog lays down.  Suggest purchasing the leash with the ring so you have a way to extend the length when needed. EXCEPTIONAL!
