General Feedback ..Refund Inquiry February 7, 2014 Reviewer: RICHARD DOGGETT from BREMERTON, WA United States   I received the harness extension in a timely manner, Thanks! I had earlier ordered the extension but didn't know it came in TWO sizes. The first was the small, my phone call to your NY office advised of the two sizes and told me to return the small for a refund ...it was sent to your TX address to where it was shipped from. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND ON THAT RETURN. WHAT SAY? I am happy to see my Black Labrador is still on your website modeling the Antique collar. [Thanks David!] I will be ordering another sometime soon since the one I have now is in its last notch. I will wait until you give another online discount ...hint! hint! This is narrow, not wide October 23, 2013 Reviewer: Brad Stewart from Arnold, MO United States   great item, quality as all the rest but be wary that this is NOT for the girth of the dog, this extends the strap from the neck to the belly (or anything else with the medium plastic buckles but not large). Must elaborate July 29, 2013 Reviewer: Sarah Karafa from Franklin, TN United States   The harness I ordered unfortunately comes with 2 different sized buckles. When I ordered an extension, I needed the chest portion. However, the extension choices were small and large. I understood that to mean extensions for the small harness or large harness. It would be helpful to label the extensions as "small buckle" or large buckle. I ordered one of each. Something will work I suspect. Was this review helpful to you?

Perfect for in-between dogs April 29, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Salem, OR United States   I got the small for my dog, which fit when he was still in his "teenage" years. He's filled out a little and lost that lankiness. The harness was just a little too snug in the girth, but the chest part was perfect. I came on to order the next size because I love the harness, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this. Saved me $40, and works perfect. I just clipped it on and re-adjusted his original harness girth strap and now I don't feel bad about making him run with a harness that is a little tight-perfect fit! Was this review helpful to you?
