Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Dean & Tyler orders typically ship in their entirety, once all items are out of production. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. "Processing" will mean just that -- if it is an item that is stated to be in stock, we are preparing your order to ship. If it is a made to order item, the status will show as Processing until it's been scheduled to ship.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to change the status from Processing to In Production, Out of Production or En Route. The status will be changed to "Shipped" once a shipment has been scheduled and you will receive a notice with tracking once it's been assigned. If Tracking Numbers are displayed, check with the shipper to view the status of each.

PLEASE NOTE: By placing an order and following up with additional information separately, one of two things may occur. 1. The order may ship as originally placed if the email is not seen in time -or- 2.The shipment may be stalled if the email is seen but has not yet been reviewed by the appropriate agent (i.e. muzzle sizing specialist) and/or if additional verification is needed from the buyer. All email and voicemail requests are filtered into our ticketing system and are handled in the order they are received. Placing an order first will only ensure a shipment can proceed once the ticket has been resolved and WILL NOT enable you to jump ahead of other customers in the queue. That said, if there is no order note provided, stating that more information is forthcoming, we cannot guarantee the shipment will be held until the details have been reviewed and the matter resolved, if this is the desired outcome.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable - a new order will need to be placed in order to add items missing from the original request and any unwanted items can be returned per Dean & Tyler's posted policy.

If each shows a status of "delivered", please contact the shipper's customer service for assistance as a claim may likely need to be filed for missing parcels showing as having been delivered.
My order never arrived.

"Processing" will mean just that -- if it is an item that is stated to be in stock, we are preparing your order to ship. If it is a made to order item, the status will show as Processing until it's been received in from our craftsmen and has been scheduled to ship.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
