How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR LOG IN TO AN ALREADY EXISTING ACCOUNT PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR ORDER DETAILS BY LOGGING IN AFTER THE FACT.
You will need to contact customer service so they can research and consolidate your orders for your records under one account history, so they can be accessed and reviewed on demand.
Please provide the email address you'd like your records associated with, as well as any others which might have been used, and any order numbers from email confirmations receipts.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated rates.

International Customers
You will be responsible for paying duties when your package is delivered. Duty Fees and other Import Taxes are set by your country's Duties and Customs Office, this is not a charge set or collected by Dean & Tyler.
FedEx & UPS will also charge a brokerage fee for their services. We are unable to calculate any of these additional amounts on our end as they are all assessed and collected by the responsible parties around the time of delivery.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. In order to expedite the correction, please include your order number and photos identifying the incorrect item to the best of your ability for our support team's review.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  Please see each listing for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Orders marked as "Processing" are still pending shipment and are most often in production, if made-to-order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address provided when your order is being prepared to ship, and the status should be updated by the carrier within 36-72 hours of dispatch.

Dean & Tyler does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, inquiries and any subsequent complaints will need to be directed to the carrier. For best results, please reference the tracking number that was provided in your shipping confirmation when contacting the carrier.
