Purchased a custom collar, and a matching leash.  The order took 6 weeks to arrive.  That was a bit of a bummer, but customer service responded immediately each time I inquired.  This would be 5 stars, however I need to use the hole on the collar for the smallest side, but can't use it because one of the decorative stones is in the way. I think this is a QA issue and wouldn't be a problem if I didn't need to use that particular hole to minimize the size of the collar.  Disappointing.
