Your craftsmenship is the best I have seen.
Your selection is great.
of the 3 collars I ordered, all 3 sent were not the size sellected.
This is somewhat dissapointing as I purchased the most expensive products you make. I have 2 collars that are useless to me and the third is not a good fit for my GSD.
several hundred of my dollars wasted. I will not spend my precious time disputing this fact or packaging and returning items sent wrong. I still love your products as they are the best in the business. Tighten up on your shipping department and your company will be the best in the business.

I am so pleased with The Braid One Collar and the Love to Walk Leash. The craftsmanship of the leather is superior. The leather is thick and heavy. The brass has weight and looks wonderful with the leather. I could not be happier. Dean & Tyler's products scream quality. Buster looks like a king! Thank you, I will be ordering again. :)
