How do I find a product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be
interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of
our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think
could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over
something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand".
Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your
cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to
quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a
product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart"
link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the
shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
How do I buy/redeem a gift card?
  To purchase a gift card for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift card and would like to redeem your gift card, click here.
Military & First Responder Discount Terms
  In an effort to give back to our military and first responder communities, we offer a site-wide 10% discount to all qualifying active first responders as well as all active duty & veteran military members*. There are 2 ways you may take advantage of this discount:

1. Before placing your order, send an image or scan of your professional credentials, department-issued ID or military ID to [email protected].
1a. If you have already created an account, we will update the status to automatically apply your 10% discount to our products when logged into our website.
1b. If an account has not yet been created, we will instead issue a unique coupon code to be used at checkout in order to receive 10% off of your order subtotal.

2. After placing your order, send an image or scan of your professional credentials, department-issued ID or military ID to [email protected] and include your order number. We will then issue a refund for 10% of your order subtotal, before shipping & handling costs have been added.

Discount extended to all active duty and veteran Military, all active LEOs, all active duty Fire, EMS & Paramedics. Name provided with billing address must match that of professional credentials. *Discount intended for those who have served and their household members, excludes extended family or friends.

As with all customer service requests, Military & First Responders Discount requests will be processed in the order they are received, within three business days of submission. For refund requests, credit will be issued to original method of payment for order. Please allow up to one full billing cycle for financial service provider to process transaction and post credit to your account. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated. If we incur any difficulty processing your request, or if further verification is needed, we will notify you by email.
