The returned item must meet the following qualifications:

- Item(s) must be unused !

- If you return items that have been used, we won't issue any refund !

- Item(s) must be received at our location within 30 days of delivery.

- Items returned after 30 days of delivery will be donated to our local rescue program.

- We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it with the shipping company to avoid liability
  in case the item is damaged in transit.

- FINAL SALE items may not be returned nor exchanged.

- All eligible return items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.

- We will fully refund your purchase and sales tax if the item(s) have not been altered; including but not limited to worn, damaged or washed.

- Customers will pay for the shipping of any return and/or exchange unless the product was delivered damaged from our warehouse.

- Customers will pay the shipping fees for any refused items upon delivery. 
 
 The merchandise will be shipped back to our warehouse; the customer will be refunded for the items and sales tax if applicable.

- Returns will be processed within one week upon receiving at our warehouse; please allow 1 billing cycle for your account to be credited.

- You will not receive credit for these returns.

- All items that returned because of the size will not be sold and will be donated to a local dog rescue program on your behalf.
  You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.


How To Return An Item

Pack Your Return -If your return meets the above criteria, wrap your item carefully Enclose a copy of your packing slip with the return.

Products which were made to custom size request - are not accepted for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items or Wrong Shipment

All items (except close-outs) are returnable within 30 days of delivery with a receipt. Customers are required to pay additional shipping for exchanges. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled.

If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item, please accept our apologies !

Call us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment at 1-800-826-1840, holidays and week-ends excluded, to report the error.

Damages:

We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.

Incorrect Shipments:

You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.
